The cap is 3D printed using a flexible material that gives a secure and snug fit to both the viewing and taking lenses

3D Printing allows for the production of low volume uncommon lens caps and we design them with a consistent design philosophy and in some cases, the caps exceed the robustness and engineering standards of the original caps.

The nature of 3D printing means that each item is unique and the finish is less consistent compared to an original moulded cap

Shipping to the EU

 I can ship directly to EU countries upon request. Items sent directly will not include EU VAT and are likely to be payable upon receipt of the goods. There is no hard rule for how individual countries deal with the collection of VAT, and some countries/courier companies may choose to add other charges/duties.

Payment of VAT and any duty or fees is the responsibility of the customer.

For EU sales I recommend using my Etsy or eBay shop, as EU VAT will be collected at the point of payment. I regret to say that some EU countries do not have a consistent approach to goods arriving from the United Kingdom, and may make additional charges for duty and other fees. It is also with regret that goods arriving in Spain, Portugal, Netherlands and Belgium have a greater likelihood of becoming lost, than with other EU countries, and therefore I recommend that a tracked service is used.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
